Worst Honchos I’ve been to in South Africa.
No Manager to control it. Very bad staff. Barely answer the phone. Month end they disconnect the phone.
Placed the most simplest of orders over the phone, even sent my guy to collect with a page in detail repeating the order. Yet they over charged me and gave me the wrong order.
Went in myself and I was told I didn’t explain the order well? Why did they not ask if they weren’t sure???
How much more could I have explained it? I called and wrote a note.
My order was not solved. My money was not refunded.
Terrible service period.
